In a string of bad luck, our client was the victim of three separate car accidents in the span of two years. In one, she was a pedestrian walking across a parking lot after work when a transit shuttle clipped her, knocking her to the pavement. She suffered a concussion and musculoskeletal injuries in her back, neck, and shoulder. In the subsequent crashes, she was riding as a passenger when her vehicle was rear-ended or T-boned.

Bastion Law began to represent this client after her previous attorney abandoned her case due to difficulties he thought could not be overcome. We thought differently. Each defendant, along with their insurance companies and the lawyers they hired, attempted to minimize the impact of the injuries on our client and pointed the finger at each other for causing the bulk of any injuries that did exist. No one took responsibility. After hard work and perseverance, we were able to obtain justice for our client by reaching a global settlement with all defendants nearly ten times the combined offers being made before we got involved.
