Experience

Jesse is one of the founding members of Bastion Law. His practice focuses on personal injury, insurance bad-faith, and civil rights. He believes passionately that true justice can never be reached if he and his client isn’t willing to trust a jury. Jesse is licensed to practice in Arizona, Montana, and Washington and has litigated just outcomes for clients in all three states.

Prior to law school, Jesse was a journalist working for newspapers in Seattle, Washington; Missoula, Montana; Nogales, Arizona; and San Jose, Costa Rica. He was born and raised in the Puget Sound, and although he’s wandered a bit, he’s happy to be back home.

In his free time, Jesse likes to be outside: skiing, trail running, mountain biking, paragliding, and rock climbing. He lives in Issaquah with his partner, Sarah, her daughter, Lyra, their dog, Enzo, and two cats whom Jesse tolerates.
