Plaintiff’s Personal Injury & Insurance Bad Faith

We are a growing plaintiff-side firm representing injured clients and policyholders in personal injury and insurance bad faith claims. We are trial lawyers — not settlement seekers. We're currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates licensed in Washington state.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with a partner on each assigned case — from intake through trial. Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating potential cases and participating in intake decisions
  • Managing discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Drafting pleadings and other litigation documents
  • Negotiating resolutions with opposing counsel and insurance representatives
  • Collaborating with a partner on case strategy and execution
  • Preparing for and participating in trial
  • Supervising and working with a dedicated legal assistant and paralegal
  • Tracking your time (no billable hour requirements)

Who You Are

  • Licensed to practice in Washington with 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
  • Comfortable handling all phases of litigation, including depositions and trial work
  • Interested in personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation (prior experience is a plus)
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to doing high-quality work
  • Eager to grow professionally and contribute to firm-wide improvements
  • Able to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong tech and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected Earnings: $150,000 - $300,000
  • Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
  • Onboarding bonus: $20,000
  • Quarterly bonuses based on fee revenue from assigned cases and annual bonuses based on overall firm contributions
