Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury & Insurance Bad Faith Law Firm

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and the professional voice of our firm. This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the Puget Sound region of Washington state. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
  • Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients over the phone
  • Schedule calls and meetings on behalf of legal staff
  • Make outgoing calls to clients or service providers as requested
  • Sort and assign incoming mail to appropriate legal projects
  • Handle outgoing mail duties, including periodic trips to the post office

Qualifications

  • Prior reception or front desk experience required
  • Experience in a plaintiff-side law firm, especially personal injury, is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with legal case management or lead management software preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Able to engage with empathy and confidence, while maintaining efficiency and appropriate boundaries

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience
