We are a plaintiff-side civil litigation law firm focused on personal injury and insurance bad faith cases. We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our team. You will work with and under the supervision of the firm’s two Owners to coordinate, maintain, and oversee the administrative and business aspects of the firm.

This is a hybrid position that will be primarily remote with some in-person obligations. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Manager, your primary goals will be to ensure that the administrative side of the firm runs efficiently and that the firm is constantly adapting for continued and sustainable growth. To those ends, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure clients and matters move through workflow pipeline at the right pace and that tasks are completed on time.
  • Oversee the quality and timeliness of work done & meeting deadlines.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office equipment and supplies.
  • Assist the Owners with recruitment, hiring, staffing, and general human resources operations.
  • Handle training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Supervise the work of the non-lawyer support staff and vendors.
  • Administer payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefits.
  • Oversee the Firm’s case management, contact management, document management.
  • Create, implement, improve, and ensure everyone is following the Firm's policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Dashboards and Status Reports for the Owner and future Administrator.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the firm and third-party vendors/contractors.

Who You Are

  • Prior experience in management or as a supervisor of a staff of 5+ (required)
  • BA in Business Administration or similarly applicable degree (required)
  • Prior experience in a plaintiff-side litigation firm (preferred).
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365/Co-Pilot, Quickbooks, CRM applications, CSM applications (required).
  • Experience in managing bookkeepers, accountants, IT, and other third-party vendors on behalf of a company (required)
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and solid communication abilities (required).
  • A self-starting mindset and the ability to handle routine responsibilities independently without constant direction (required).

Compensation & Benefits
