Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury & Insurance Bad Faith Law Firm

Join a firm where your work is meaningful and your professional growth is a priority.

We are a plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on representing individuals who have been seriously injured or wronged by insurance companies. Our practice centers on personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation throughout Washington, Montana, and Arizona.

We are committed to excellence in advocacy, strategic case development, and client-centered service. We operate as a collaborative team, leverage efficient remote systems, and maintain a culture built on high standards, accountability, mentorship, and work-life balance. We are growing and seeking a Senior Attorney to lead cases, guide team members, and help shape the continued success of the firm.

This is a hybrid position that will be remote with some in-person obligations across the state. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Role

The Senior Attorney serves as the strategic and operational leader for assigned cases. While this role will at times perform standard litigation tasks, the primary responsibility is to develop strategy, direct execution, supervise the case team, and drive each case toward a favorable and timely resolution.

Each case team typically includes an Associate Attorney, Paralegal, and Legal Assistant. The Senior Attorney leads that team.

This is not a “high-volume churn” role. It is a leadership position for a litigator who wants ownership, autonomy, and the ability to maximize case value while mentoring others.
