We stepped in, resolved the injury claim with the plaintiff directly, then turned our focus to the insurer’s breach. They ignored early warnings, downplayed our legal motions, and scoffed at our case — until a judge scheduled a key hearing. That same week, they settled.

Total recovery: $1 million for wrongfully denying coverage to a Washington business owner.

Wrongful Death – Negligent Security / Premises Liability

In the aftermath of a barroom dispute, a parking lot brawl erupted into gunfire. Innocent bystanders, including two of our clients’ loved ones, were tragically killed.

We represented the estates of the deceased in a wrongful death action against the bar and property owner. The defendants claimed they bore no responsibility, but evidence showed otherwise: inadequate security, negligent crowd control, and a dangerous environment at closing time.
