Conner Sapp

Associate Attorney

Conner Sapp is an Associate Attorney at Bastion Law, where his practice focuses on insurance bad faith, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Drawing on experience in both public defense and civil litigation, Conner is dedicated to helping individuals secure fair compensation and justice under the law. He is licensed to practice in Washington and Arizona.

Conner began his legal career clerking for a trial court judge in Alexandria, Minnesota — a small town of 15,000 people where he learned to think and write like a judge and developed an appreciation for community-centered justice. He later served as a public defender in Whatcom County, representing clients in towns including Blaine, Sumas, Everson, Lynden, and Bellingham. His time in public defense sharpened his courtroom skills and deepened his commitment to advocacy.

Before joining Bastion Law, Conner practiced commercial litigation and land use law across Washington, gaining valuable experience in strategy and research. Ultimately, he was drawn to plaintiff’s work for its direct impact on people’s lives. At Bastion, he’s proud to represent injured individuals on a contingency basis — work that allows him to take cases to trial when needed and fight for meaningful outcomes.

Conner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Washington. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, and spending time with his fiancée, stepson, and family on Orcas Island.
