Madison Florey is an Associate Attorney at Bastion Law, where she represents clients throughout Washington in insurance bad faith and personal injury matters. Madison is dedicated to standing up for policyholders whose valid claims have been wrongfully denied, delayed, or undervalued by insurers, helping them secure the benefits and accountability they deserve through steadfast advocacy grounded in empathy and determination.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Oregon before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and Comparative Criminal Law. Before joining Bastion Law, Madison gained extensive experience handling insurance bad faith matters as both a law clerk and attorney at a civil litigation firm, where she developed a strong foundation in advocating for policyholders.
Madison is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and is an active member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). Outside of her legal practice, Madison enjoys traveling with her family, going for walks with her dog Coco, and exploring local lakes on her paddleboard.
